Some small print related to being a member of the Great Achord:
We ask you to set up a regular standing order for the amount associated with your chosen patron level, and that this standing order is for a minimum term of atleast one year. Membership is annual and all amounts for your chosen level are due from you for the full year. Renewals will be automatic and will also be for a minimum of one year.
To claim your free show ticket simply purchase and pay for your ticket in the normal way, then send your claim and a copy of your ticket purchase to Andy Balchin: . You will be reimbursed the value of the seat.
To claim your merchandise discount simply purchase and pay for your merchandise via our merchandise website in the normal way, then send your claim and a copy of your invoice to Andy Balchin: . You will be reimbursed upto the value of your merchandise credit associated with your patron level.
Claims for show tickets may only relate to shows at which GWC performs and such shows must be held within the period of 12 months from the start of your annual membership. Claims for show tickets and merchandise credits must be made within the 12 month period from the start of your annual membership. Any unused credits/benefits/claims may not be carried forward to the next renewal period. Claims after the expiry of your membership will not be approved. The maximum price of a single show ticket per claim will be £30. A claim will only reimburse the price of the ticket - ticket booking fees or credit card fees, interest and similar costs unfortunately cannot be reimbursed.
You will be entered automatically into our 100 Club prize draw. If you win we will notify you by simply paying you the winning amount.
There may be additional cost to you for attending social events and coaching weekends.
A member of the Great Achord is not classified as a Member of The Great Western Chorus of Bristol reg charity 1116255, and confers no rights under the constitution thereof.
A member of the Great Achord does not give membership of other organisations such as BABS. Such membership will need to be paid for separately. GWC can organise this for you if you wish.
